Basin Travel Service of Othello, Inc., the travel agency that booked the trip, provided automatic transportation insurance through Travel Insured International, Inc. (TII) and Travelers Indemnity Company Hartford, CT for clients whose tickets were issued by the agency. Ms. Rizzuti's heirs1 sued for recovery under the policy and damages for bad faith...
