Relator McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. ("McNeilus") owns real estate located in Dodge County, Minnesota. McNeilus operates a large manufacturing plant in Dodge Center, and alleges that the Dodge County Assessor overvalued the McNeilus property for the tax years 2001 and 2002.
