Gary E. Botchman has submitted an affidavit dated March 1, 2005, wherein he tenders his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law (22 NYCRR 691.9). Mr. Botchman was admitted to the bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 27, 1987, under the name Gary Edward Botchman.
