OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

¶ 1 Ivan Larsen (Defendant) appeals his conviction for aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a first degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1 (1999), claiming that the prosecution's opening and closing statements were improper. We affirm.
