The primary issue in this appeal from the judgment denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus and challenging the subsequent denial of a petition for certification to appeal to this court concerns statutory good time credit and when deductions from such credit for disciplinary sanctions are permissible. We conclude that the petition for certification to appeal should have been granted, but affirm the habeas court's denial of the petition for a writ...
