PER CURIAM.

Debtor, Mark Henry Foss, filed an adversary proceeding seeking a determination that his child support obligations were dischargeable. The bankruptcy court1 granted a motion to dismiss, which had been filed by defendant, the Hall County Child Support Office (Hall County). Mr. Foss appeals that dismissal. We affirm.
