Following the denial of his motion for new trial, James L. McKeehan appeals his convictions for rape, aggravated assault, kidnapping with bodily injury, kidnapping, two counts of false imprisonment, and burglary. He contends that the evidence was insufficient, that the statute of limitation had run before his indictment for the crimes, that he was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial, that the indictment did not contain the necessary language...
