BENTON, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Denise Marie Henderson of five counts of wire fraud, one count of concealment from the Social Security Administration (SSA), and three counts of making false statements to SSA, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(3), (4). She appeals, challenging the evidence, indictment, jury instruction, sentence, and jurisdiction of the district court.
