BROWN, J.

¶ 1 Nanette K. Lohr pleaded guilty to first degree reckless burning. The court ordered her to pay $1,355,266.97 restitution for damage to two hotels and several vehicles arising from the fire she caused. We decline her invitation to apply contributory negligence principles to reduce her restitution to $25,000. Further, her claim the court erred in ordering the Department of Corrections to determine future additional restitution is moot and without merit...
