Anhthuan Estevez appeals a judgment of conviction and sentences for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and resisting arrest without violence, arguing that the trial court reversibly erred in denying his motion to suppress. Because the evidence is undisputed that the police officer lacked a reasonable suspicion that Estevez was armed, we agree the trial court erred in denying the motion to suppress.
