Plaintiffs appeal as of right the opinion and order granting defendants summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiffs are individual taxpayers who live in the Ann Arbor school district. Defendants provide medical benefits to certain same-sex partners of Ann Arbor Public Schools (AAPS) employees, but these benefits do not extend to unmarried heterosexual partners of AAPS employees.
