KITE, Justice.

[¶ 1] A jury convicted Jason Gompf of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver, in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031(a)(ii) (LexisNexis 2003). Prior to trial, Mr. Gompf filed two motions to suppress the evidence and statements obtained by police during an encounter with him at his place of residence. The district court denied both motions, and Mr. Gompf appeals his conviction claiming the evidence...
