RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

The Government appeals the decision of the district court to grant Amad Zambrana's motion to suppress narcotics found in his rental car, as well as statements made by Mr. Zambrana and by Babar Shah, the car's passenger. For the reasons set forth in the following opinion, we vacate the decision of the district court and remand the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
