This is an appeal, pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1)(A), Ala. R.App. P., from an order dismissing a claim for injunctive relief. We reverse and remand.

Westwind Technologies, Inc. ("Westwind"), is the plaintiff in an action pending in the Madison Circuit Court against Aerospace Integration Corporation ("AIC"), B. Rebecca Ulman, Matthew C.
