A Jefferson County jury convicted Lindsey Nelson, Jr. of one count of burglary with intent to commit theft, one count of burglary with intent to commit terroristic threats, and one count of terroristic threats. The trial court merged the second burglary count into the first burglary count for sentencing purposes. After considering Nelson's prior felony convictions, the trial court sentenced Nelson as a fourth-time felony offender under the repeat offender...
