In this case, the defendant-appellant, Batina Marie Zeno, appeals the trial court's judgment granting the plaintiff-appellee, Donald Dewayne Zeno, a divorce. For the following reasons, we vacate the divorce judgment and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
