Defendants, MEMCO Barge Line, Inc., MEMCO Barge Line 1998 Trust, and Continental Insurance Company [hereinafter collectively referred to as "MEMCO"], appeal the trial court's denial of their exception of improper venue. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
