Plaintiff-Appellant Donnie Ray Fisher, a pre-trial detainee at the Cook County Department of Corrections ("CCDOC"), brought a pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for failure to protect him from being stabbed by other inmates.
