Willie Anthony was convicted of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime following a jury trial. Anthony appeals the aggravated assault conviction, arguing that the trial court erred in failing to charge on the lesser included offense of reckless conduct, and that insufficient evidence supported the conviction.
