Following a hearing before an administrative judge, Lillian Irene Goodlow was awarded seventeen and one-half weeks of permanent partial disability benefits arising out of a work-related injury to her leg. Believing she presented evidence that proved her injury resulted in a loss of wage earning capacity, Goodlow filed a petition for review with the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.
