A jury found William Bianucci guilty of one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and thirteen counts of making false statements to a bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014. Bianucci appeals both his conviction and his sentence. We affirm the conviction but order a limited remand for further proceedings on his sentence under the procedure established in United States v. Paladino,
