Following a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated rape and one count of aggravated oral sexual battery based on allegations of molestation made by two of his stepdaughters, who were both under the age of twelve. The defendant was sentenced to two terms of life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence on the two convictions for aggravated rape, and fifteen years imprisonment on the conviction...
