The defendant, Rajula Tandon, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after the jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Natalie DeGennaro, in this dental malpractice action. The defendant claims that the court improperly denied her motions for a directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict because there was insufficient evidence for the jury to find that she (1) failed to inform the plaintiff of all the material risks...
