Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Factual and Procedural Background

Louis and Amalia Lendman were divorced August 3, 2000. The parties agreed to the judgment both as to form and substance. The divorce judgment ordered Louis to pay Amalia both child support and spousal maintenance. The child support was to be paid for two children so long as they were enrolled in college courses leading to a degree, until they reached the age of twenty-two...
