BEA ANN SMITH, Justice.

In April 2001, appellant Enrigue Guadalupe Vidal pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 30.02 (West 2003). On May 30, 2001, the court sentenced Vidal to three years in prison and a $500 fine, but suspended imposition of sentence and placed him on community supervision for five years.
