Hisham Dawood Abu-Khaliel ("Petitioner") petitions this court for review of the decisions of the immigration judge ("IJ") denying his request for a continuance and voluntary departure, and the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying his motion to remand. The Government contests our jurisdiction to hear Petitioner's claims. For the following reasons, we hold that we have jurisdiction to review all Petitioner's claims except...
