We substitute this opinion for our June 22, 2005, opinion, which is withdrawn on the Court's own motion for rehearing. We filed and set this case to determine whether applicant should have been released to mandatory supervision and to determine the projected maximum release (or discharge) date on his prison sentence. The former issue is moot because applicant has been paroled...
