This case returns to us following a remand to the trial court. In this appeal, the defendant, Coast Venture XXVX, Inc., claims that the court (1) failed to award damages in conformity with the instructions of this court on remand and (2) improperly awarded prejudgment interest. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
