Appellants J.R. and Patricia Krogh ("the Kroghs") filed the underlying lawsuit seeking a refund of a $28,210 real estate commission paid to appellee Pargar, LLC d/b/a Prudential Georgia Realty ("Prudential") prior to a closing.
