A jury convicted Terry Gene Freeman, appellant, of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 years old. TEX. PEN. CODE ANN. § 22.021(a)(1)(B) (Vernon Supp.2004-2005). The jury assessed his punishment at life imprisonment. In his first point of error, appellant argues that he was denied the right to intelligently exercise his peremptory challenges during voir dire...
