[¶ 1] Craig Johnson and Beverly Tourville were beneficiaries under the Robert Wilkoske and Nona Wilkoske trusts (the original trusts). First Estate Management Corp. (FEMCO) was the trustee. FEMCO's vice-president, Paul Befumo, created the RW & NW Trust (new trust), named himself trustee, and transferred the trust property to the new trust.
