¶ 1. On July 21, 2000, Andrew Rucker pled guilty to selling cocaine. The Yalobusha County Circuit Court sentenced Rucker to ten years of incarceration with five years suspended and five years of post-release supervision. The Mississippi Department of Corrections released Rucker from incarceration on April 26, 2002.
