Case Summary

Euranus Johnson appeals his conviction for criminal deviate conduct and his sentence for that and several other convictions related to the rape of a woman. We find that there is sufficient evidence to support Johnson's conviction for criminal deviate conduct, that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in sentencing Johnson to the maximum term for all of his convictions and in ordering all of his sentences...
