Appellant-plaintiff Joseph Beard appeals the trial court's judgment entered in favor of appellee-defendant Lake Santee Property Owners Association, Inc. (Association), which determined that the rule limiting the keeping of motor homes within the Lake Santee subdivision is valid and enforceable by the Association.
