In this appeal, we are asked to interpret a common, yet controversial, insurance policy provision which extends coverage to an insured for "damage caused by or resulting from risks of direct physical loss involving collapse of a building or any part of a building...." For the reasons set forth herein, we conclude that the specific policy language at issue provides an insured with coverage for damages caused by the collapse...
