In this appeal from an order in a suit affecting a parent-child relationship, appellant Joan Weathersbee Ellason contends the trial court erred in granting appellee Don Thomas Ellason the exclusive right to determine their child's primary residence. Appellant also contends the order was signed without due process, is inconsistent with the rulings made at trial, and is not supported by legally or factually sufficient evidence...
