This appeal arises from an order entered by the Crawford County Circuit Court granting a motion to dismiss filed by appellee, Edward F. Thicksten, pursuant to Ark. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). Appellant, Cliff Biedenharn, appeals the trial court's order of dismissal.
