The defendant, Antonio Mendoza (defendant), appeals from a Superior Court judgment of conviction on four separate counts: (1) delivery of a controlled substance; (2) conspiracy to violate the Rhode Island Controlled Substances Act; (3) possession of marijuana; and (4) resisting arrest.
