This is Defendant-Appellant Climmie Jones, Jr.'s second direct appeal from various drug and weapons convictions. Through counsel, Jones contends that the district court erred by: (1) denying a motion to dismiss the indictment because of race-based selective prosecution; (2) denying a motion for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence or failure to disclose exculpatory evidence; and (3) making various sentencing errors...
