Thomson ("Plaintiffs") filed an adversary complaint ("Complaint") against the Debtor, Bruce Wayne Glenn, seeking the denial of his discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (4), and (5). The Complaint alleged several factual bases for the relief requested, but at trial the Plaintiffs focused solely on the Debtor's failure to disclose his interest...
