This appeal involves an attorney fee arbitration award obtained under the State Bar of Wisconsin's fee arbitration program. The circuit court declined to confirm a fee arbitration award in favor of attorney Mark Steichen against his former client, Wayne Hensler. Instead, the court entered a judgment vacating the award after determining that Steichen had obtained the award by fraud. See WIS...
