Richard Haynes applied for social security disability benefits and supplemental security income. Following a hearing in 2001, an administrative law judge ("ALJ") found that Haynes was disabled from June 1, 1998, until June 1, 1999, but not thereafter, because Haynes was capable of performing a significant number of light-level jobs.
