The plaintiff, a corporation licensed as a real estate broker, appeals1 from the summary judgment of the trial court denying its claim for a real estate commission because the plaintiff's president was not also licensed as a broker. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment.
