Appellant George Larue Hall was convicted of two counts of capital murder and was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences.

On May 3, 2002, the bodies of Brad Dison and Craig Tedder were found next to a pickup truck in an alley in Little Rock. Both men had been shot multiple times with more than one weapon, and had died from their wounds. Police found that Tedder was carrying over $500 in cash and a small bag of marijuana on his person...
