Clyde Murff Hardy and Barbara J. Hardy sued Denver C. Marsh, Jr., M.D., for medical malpractice. The trial court dismissed the suit because of an inadequate expert report filed pursuant to Section 74.351 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code,1 and awarded Marsh his reasonable attorney's fees.
