Case Summary

Appellant-Plaintiff Albert Allberry ("Allberry") appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee-Defendant, Parkmor Drug, Inc. d/b/a Park Pharmacy ("Parkmor"). We affirm.1
