Corey Vernell Oliver appeals the revocation of his suspended sentence for distribution of imitation cocaine. Oliver contends the trial court abused its discretion in revoking his suspended sentence, based upon an act committed by Oliver prior to his December 20, 2000 sentencing for the offense. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
