OPINION

Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

As an employer, and benefactor, Orian Lee Scott seemed too good to be true. The three teenaged boys Scott hired to perform household chores, such as yard work, painting, and bathing his dogs, were paid extremely well — ten dollars per hour each — were occasionally given gifts, and would often be treated to dinner and a movie after a day's work on the condition they get "cleaned up" before going out...
