¶ 1. This case arises from the Chancery Court of Lowndes County, Mississippi, in which Greg Patterson and Melinda Patterson obtained a divorce. Melinda, age fifty four, and Greg, age forty four, were married for approximately twenty years and were divorced on the ground of irreconcilable differences.
