¶ 1. Lynn LaFoe appeals the decision of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission (MESC) denying her unemployment benefits. On appeal, she asserts the following errors: (1) the finding of the Board of Review that she voluntarily left work without good cause is not supported by substantial evidence, (2) her refusal to cover the assignment does not constitute "misconduct," and (3) she was denied due process of law.
